Industrial Process

Most Industrial processes have applications related to process water, chemical dosing, suspended solids and effluent treatment. Diaphragm valves are ideally suited for such applications.

Applications:

  • Corrosive, caustic and acidic applications
    • Sodium hypochlorite   (NaClO)
    • Sodium chlorate    (NaClO3)
    • Sodium chloride  (NaCl)
    • Chlorine dioxide   (ClO2)
    • Hydrogen peroxide   (H2O2)
    • Hydrochloric and sulfuric acid
    • Peracetic acid  (C2H4O3)
  • Water treatment
  • Deaerator
  • Make-up water
  • Effluent Streams

Diaphragm valves are the ideal solution for applications in conveying corrosive, abrasive media, or media containing solids in suspension or in High-purity applications. Depending on the media, various body, body lining and diaphragm material options are available for chemical compatibility. The moving parts of a diaphragm valve are isolated from the media being conveyed resulting in durability and isolation. Further, diaphragm valves can be maintained in-line making them easy to maintain.
